Have you felt anxious, stressed, or just lost in 2018? Are you ready to ditch being overwhelmed and ready to find BALANCE in 2019? Would you like to learn practical tools you can start using right away from a trained professional? How about doing this in a community of like-minded individuals for added support and encouragement?
If you said 'yes' to any of these questions, this course is for you! I specially designed this course for those looking to lower stress and anxiety and increase balance and clarity through integrating mindful living into their daily lives. In this amazing course we will embark on a 4 week journey where we'll:
Week 1 (Jan 30): Explore what it means to live a Mindful Life and engage in a dynamic group discovery of what you need to start creating more balance.
Week 2 (Feb 6): Begin to bring mindful living into reality by learning mind/body awareness and guided meditation.
Week 3 (Feb 13): Symbolize and share in community applying meaning through a unique interactive activity designed to bring you closer to what matters. This one's going to be fun!
Week 4 (Feb 20): Have a Mindful Check Up session lead by Lisa Seid, LMFT to zone in on potential barriers and strategies to help you overcome them to keep the momentum going throughout the year.
As part of this dynamic class, you will also receive a Mindful Life starter kit valued at over $40 consisting of useful items for both in between classes to help you get going and reinforce what you learn from week to week. This will aid in moving you forward with success!
