We'll also cover small manageable changes you can start to incorporate in your life TODAY to make a BIG impact, and the fundamentals of mindful living.
From our running stone fountain, ambient nature sounds, tribal music, glowing candles & plush pillows to the soothing smell of essential oils, you can't help but be IMMERSED in the present. Prepare to embark on a journey of dynamic experiential exercises specifically designed to keep you anchored in the HERE & NOW.
