Hello! My name is Lisa Seid, MS, LMFT. As a licensed psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, stress, and trauma, I can't tell you how happy I am to do this workshop with you!  

 

I am a Mindful Life enthusiast who takes a holistic approach towards helping and healing. Having  undergone my own mindful healing journey after years of chronic stress and burnout, I have dedicated my life to teaching others how to break through limiting mindsets rooted in the past, to help them manifest peace and happiness in their present life.
