Who I Am:

Welcome! My name is Raychel Feldman. I am a licensed mental health therapist in the state of Florida who is committed to helping my clients heal! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. I’ve helped numerous clients from many walks of life heal from a wide array of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship/family issues, and life transitions.

You should know that I pride myself in being an eclectic and holistic therapist. What does this mean for you? Well, it means that I truly understand that no two people or situations are the same. Because of this, I genuinely believe there is no such thing as a “one shoe fits all” approach to helping clients.

This means that my goal is to always meet you where you uniquely are in life, to heal and support you. I will walk along side you to help you reach your individual goals, in the timeframe you set. I will never judge you, and while I may challenge you at times to help you grow, I will always do my best to really listen, understand, and approach each and every interaction we have respectfully with unconditional positive regard. While this might sound good, you may be wondering about my skillset in helping you actually meet your goals. Please read below to learn more about my training and experience.

Experience and Skills

I specialize and am trained in several evidenced-based practices to help my clients heal faster! The models I use include EMDR therapy, one of the most efficient and effective therapy models for working with trauma, as well as drawing from multiple other effective therapy models including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Why the eclectic approach you might ask? I believe therapy is a unique experience that has to be tailored to each individual and in my years of experience in working with clients, I've found that pulling from multiple techniques allows me to help clients more effectively and efficiently with life struggles such as but not limited to unresolved trauma, relationship/ interpersonal turmoil, anxiety, depression, and daily life transitions.

My unique approach allows you to become the best version of your current self and reach your full potential. By allowing me to gently guide you during sessions, you will be able to embark on your journey to healing while feeling fully supported. My personal work as a therapist aims to help you maximize your growth through
